The history-making White Coat Ceremony, which took place on August 3, 2009, marked the official start of the UCF College of Medicine as the charter class of 41 men and women were presented with the white coats they will wear as students. Overseeing the logistics and planning for the event was the Division of Community Relations and its Office of Constituent Relations.
